Return & Exchange Policy

Within 30 days

All returns/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Unworn, with tags

All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Refunds

Return to school secretary to process return. Parent or Secretary will fill out APA Uniform Return/Exchange Form and submit to District Office with item(s) for return.

Receipt is required for all refunds.

*If receipt is not available APA will attempt a receipt lookup. If unable to find, no refund will be issued.

Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment if purchased by credit card. Cash payments will be refunded with a check. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving item(s).

Exchanges

Return to school secretary to process exchange. Parent or Secretary will fill out APA Uniform Return/Exchange Form and submit to District Office with item(s) for exchange. Items will be sent back to school within 3 business days.
